KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Omar Tejeira won the Sun Conference Tournament last month and will move on to the NAIA National Tournament next week.  The tournament is set to be played at the TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Ill.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The Bobcats finished 5th out of 8 teams shooting a combined 876, 14 shots shy of conference winner, Johnson & Wales at 862.  Omar Tejeira led the Bobcats in scoring and shot 69 on the final day before winning in a playoff to qualify for the National Tournament

The Men's Golf Team will be hosting a fundraiser on May 14th at Plantation Preserve Golf Club in Ft. Lauderdale.  The fundraiser will include a scramble and dinner with opportunities to provide donations.  Registration begins at noon with a 7:30 AM shotgun start.

ROME, Ga. – The Golf team competed in the Rome News-Tribune Invitational earlier this week and finished 6th out of 17 teams. Three Bobcats finished in the top-25 including Estaban Aristizabal with an outstanding 2-under par 142 to place 6th.

BABSON PARK, Fla.- The Bobcat golf team participated against conference competition this weekend at the Webber Start2Finsh Invitational. STU shot a 908 and finished 8 of 10 teams. Max Keen led the Bobcats with a 13-over, 226. Keen started slowly, shooting an opening-round 82, but rallied in the final two rounds with a 71 and 73 respectively. Je Her and Julian Gil supported with 228 (+15) and 229 (+16) respectively. South Carolina-Beaufort won the tournament with a 35-over 887. The Bobcats continue play March 7-9 at the Rome News Tribune Invitational in Rome, Ga.

KANSAS CITY, Mo.-  The STU Golf Team will begin the spring portion of their 2009-2010 season ranked 18th in the NAIA.  The NAIA Pre-season Coach's poll was released Friday and the Bobcats received 175 points to place as the 18th team overall.
