Plymouth, Ind. - The St. Thomas University golf team currently in 15th place, will conclude play at the NAIA Men's Golf National Championship being held at Indiana National Golf Club in Plymouth, Indiana. The Bobcats are being led by Alejandro Velasquez, he had his best round of golf in the third round. He shot a 70 and is currently in 13th individually.
The Bobcats are 45 strokes behind tournament leader, third-ranked British Columbia who collectively shot 864 through three rounds of golf. The field of 144 golfers will be cut to the top 17 teams and 40 individuals after completion of the third round this morning. Tee time was at 8:00 AM.
Other Bobcats' individual standings include, tied for 48th Juan Carlos Ordonez, tied for 60th Je Her, tied for 69th Bryan Alfonso, and Max Keen in 85th place.
