Men's Golf Finishes 5th at Wilmington Invitational

Savannah, Ga.- The Men's Golf Team competed in the Wilmington Island Intercollegiate early this week and finished 5th out of 12 teams.
Two Bobcats finished in the top-10. Estaban Aristizabal strung together rounds of 74-71-69 to shoot a 1-over par 214 for the tournament. Aristizabal has been a strong contributor to the men's squad throughout fall competition and proved that in Wilmington coming in 4th overall. Omar Tejeira finished just 4 shots behind Aristizabal with a 5-over par 218 (72-68-78) to finish T-8th overall.
Three other Bobcats finished in the top-35 among the field of 66. The Wilmington Intercollegiate is the Bobcats' second top-5 finish of the fall season. The Men's Golf Team will return to action in the Spring of 2010.
