Women's Tennis gets win over Webber Int'l Friday, 6-3

Ydsia Quintero won both of her matches Friday
MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - The Women’s Tennis team got its second win of the season Friday, taking out Webber Int’l 6-3.
The ladies grabbed two points in group play with wins by Manuela Gil and Ydsia Quintero in the first match (8-3) and Bridget Castillo and Stephanie Pfeffer in the second (8-3). Webber took the point in a close third match 9-8 (7-4).
STU got the 4 points they needed to win the match in singles play with wins by Castillo (6-3, 6-0), Quintero (6-0, 6-0), Pfeffer (6-0, 6-3), and Maria Giovanardi (6-1, 6-2).
The ladies return to action February 29 in Savannah against SCAD.
