Welcome Cheer & Dance Teams!!!!
There will be a MANDATORY MEETING & PHYSICALS for both teams on Monday, August 30. Please bring with you a:
1. Pen
2. a copy of your STU Class Schedule
3. completed first two pages of the physical form below
4. health insurance cards
The meeting will take place in the Athletics Conference Room in the Fernandez Center, first floor. Immediately following the meeting will be Physicals. Plan to be here until 7:30 PM.
Cheerleading Meeting starts at 3 PM with Coach Michelle Bassett (
